All merchandise, shipped within the United States, is shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS). International, Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped by US Mail or UPS and shipping is charged accordingly.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase date. Special/custom orders are non-returnable.Chanter reeds must be returned in the original packaging and in a shipping box.
